Team Building - How to Strengthen Your Baseball Team by Not Fixing the Top Player

Team Building - How to Strengthen Your Baseball Team by Not Fixing the Top PlayerThe smartest baseball player in the world has six teammates and when one of them, say Derek Jeter, is hurt, it makes his team a lot weaker. So how do you fix this problem? Well there are many ways to fix this problem and here are some examples. It is very easy to play better baseball when you have all of your best players on your team, but as the captain's job is to lead, people will work together when they are together. When Jeter has an injury, his teammates will go out of their way to help him and that's a great example. They will give him the ball and make sure he doesn't make any mistakes. If they didn't care about his injury, they would have told him to stay out of the game. Now if you are the captain of your baseball team, you have a responsibility to tell them not to help him and that they can't. This doesn't mean you have to yell at them or act like they are stupid, because they are not. You just have to let them know that he is hurt and that is their job to protect him and help him out.Not every team has the same rules for players. If your team has other captains that are team players, then your own Captain doesn't have the ability to make these types of decisions. It is up to them to be the leader of the team. But sometimes it is easier to get a player to play better if the team members trust each other. If you start to doubt their abilities because they are not playing to their best, it will have a negative effect on the team. That is why so many people don't make the playoffs. So, how does this relate to the problem of cancer? Cancer patients, when given cancer, are surrounded by family and friends. They are surrounded by people who believe in them and who want to help them through this ordeal. They will offer them support, food, clothes, prayer, even if it means sacrificing some personal time. Those same people are not going to be around when the team has an injury. So whe n Derek Jeter is hurting, they won't be there for him and they will wonder if the team is going to be able to pull through the next game. When the team needs help from the captain, they will be more likely to take it and there will be less doubts or fears. It may be that one of the captains is going to decide that the team is going to play their best in order to get the captain back into the game. That is an example of how team building can really go a long way in terms of helping a team succeed.
